At Idaho Lions FC, we believe every season is an opportunity to grow — not just as soccer players, but in confidence, character, and faith.

Our Fall & Winter Indoor Programs provide players with the opportunity to continue developing their skills, strengthening friendships, and growing their love for the game throughout the colder months.

Indoor soccer offers a unique environment for development. Smaller spaces, a faster playing surface, and more frequent touches on the ball challenge players to think quicker, improve their first touch, make faster decisions, and become more confident with the ball at their feet.

We understand that every family has different goals, schedules, and levels of commitment, which is why we're offering two ways to play this indoor season!

OPTION 1: COMPETITIVE + PRACTICE

AGE GROUPS: U8/U9 & U10/U11

Our Competitive Indoor program is open to all interested players who would like to be considered for a roster spot. However, because competitive league teams have limited roster sizes, participation is by coach selection and is not guaranteed.

Our coaching staff will consider each player's current development, readiness for competitive play, and available roster space when making team selections.

Our goal is to place players in an environment where they can be challenged, grow in confidence, and continue developing their skills while contributing positively to their team.

Interested in joining the competitive roster?

Families should complete the interest form below to be considered for the upcoming indoor season. Our coaching staff will review submissions and contact families regarding next steps, including an evaluation or tryout if needed.

Players who are not selected for a competitive roster are encouraged to participate in our Practice Only program, where they can continue developing their skills and preparing for future competitive opportunities.

Development-focused indoor training and competitive league play.

Our Competitive Indoor program combines intentional technical training with the opportunity to apply those skills in organized indoor league competition.

Players will participate in one weekly Wednesday practice and compete in scheduled league games throughout the season.

The faster pace and smaller spaces of indoor soccer challenge players to think quickly, improve their first touch, develop greater awareness, and become more confident making decisions under pressure.

Our focus remains on developing the complete player — technically, tactically, mentally, and in character. Through both practices and games, players will continue strengthening their ball mastery, passing, movement, defending, positioning, teamwork, and soccer IQ.

While competition provides valuable opportunities for growth, our priority remains player development, sportsmanship, and building confident, courageous young athletes.

AVAILABLE AGE GROUPS

• U8/U9 — One weekly practice + competitive league games

• U10/U11 — One weekly practice + competitive league games

FALL COMPETITIVE SEASON

November–December

• Eight competitive league games at Let's Play in Boise

• Games may be scheduled between October 31 and December 31

• Official game schedules will be released by Let's Play

• Weekly Wednesday practices at Pleasant View Elementary School in Meridian

WINTER COMPETITIVE SEASON

January–February

• Competitive league play through Let's Play or Idaho Youth Futsal

• League placement and scheduling will be confirmed before the season

• Season may extend into the first week of March

• Weekly Wednesday practices at Pleasant View Elementary School in Meridian

PROGRAM INVESTMENT

$215 per season

Registration includes:

• Weekly Wednesday evening practices

• Intentional coaching and player development

• Competitive league games

• Idaho Lions FC team league entry fees

Available Discounts:

• 10% sibling discount for families registering multiple children

• $40 discount when registering for both competitive seasons

IMPORTANT: ADDITIONAL PLAYER REGISTRATION FEES

Individual player registration fees required by the league are not included in Idaho Lions FC tuition and must be paid directly to the respective league.

Let's Play: Currently $15 for a 60-day player registration (one season) or $30 for an annual registration.

Idaho Youth Futsal: If participating in this league during the Winter session, an additional $15 per-player registration fee through US Youth Futsal may apply.
